  Kent Gibson was very professional, knew the law, and defended my position in court and won my case! I couldn't have picked a better attorney. He is knowledgeable about custody laws, he was comfortable at our hearing, and prepared me for court in case I needed to testify. I believe Kent used around 10 sentences and the judge ruled in our favor. I'm so thankful Kent Gibson represented me. He always replied to my emails quickly, he was in the office when I called 99% of the time, and he was very professional. Kent Gibson's fee is also very fair! I have paid a lot more in the past for an attorney who knew close to nothing about custody. Kent Gibson is the best attorney you could ever have. I'm so glad I didn't go with anyone else who could have lost my case, and I would have always wondered if Mr. Gibson would have been a better choice.   Without Attorney Kent Gibson and paralegal, Janet Tomlin's help from Spencer & Taylor PLC, I would have been lost in trying to plead my case to get a reduction of charges to drop a reckless driving over 80 mph charge in Rockbridge County on I-81 South. At 55 with a clean driving record, I had a momentary lapse and found myself facing a reckless driving charge. Both attorney Gibson and paralegal, Janet Tomlin were extremely helpful, diligent and effective in successfully allowing me to plead guilty to a lesser speeding charge of less than 80mph by taking a Driver Improvement Course.
